In the metal bowl, place the milk and verbena liqueur and run the program.
Once finished; set aside in a pouring container.

Without rinsing the bowl, put in the egg yolks, the sugar and run the program.

Add the liquid cream and run the program by removing the cap. Pour the milk/verbena mixture during the program.

Pour the mixture into 8 ramekins and cover them with a silicone or aluminum lid.

Pour 500 ml of water into the metal bowl, position the XXL steam basket, place the ramekins in it, close the lid and run the program.

Let cool and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
When ready to serve, put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each ramekin, spreading well over the entire surface, and torch until caramelized.
