was a bit concerned about the amount of flour but put my faith in the recipe. recipe states to chop walnuts for 30 seconds, this made the walnuts like flour so wasn’t concerned about the amount of flour to add. I only wish I added roughly chopped walnuts when I put the mixture in the tin. also took longer to cook than 30 minutes. kept mine in for 45 minutes. really enjoyed the cake lovely and moist ☺️









hullo. I was about to start this cake but was quite surprised by the small amount of flour listed in the recipe. Is 40 grams of flour correct?
