RECIPE STEPS

Add all the ingredients to the mini bowl of the food processor.
- 200 g feta
- 0.5 lemon, juiced
- 30 ml olive oil

Process until smooth, scraping down the sides to make sure it is fully combined.

Spread on a plate. Optional, top with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh parsley.

This is a very simple recipe and a great base for other flavours. Try adding some beetroot for some colour or harissa paste for a burst of flavour.
