2 eggs
60 g white sugar
375 ml full fat milk
375 ml cream
1 pinch salt
250 g white chocolate
100 g chopped, lightly toasted macadamia nuts
RECIPE STEPS

Place eggs & sugar in a medium saucepan & whisk till combine
- 2 eggs
- 60 g white sugar

Add milk, cream, salt & chocolate. Cook over a medium heat until chocolate has melted. Do not boil
- 375 ml full fat milk
- 375 ml cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g white chocolate

Allow to cool for at least 4 hours in the fridge

Place mixture into GELATO EXPERT and run the ICE CREAM function

When Ice Cream is close to ready, add the macadamia nuts
- 100 g chopped, lightly toasted macadamia nuts

Serve immediately, or place an airtight container in the freezer for a firmer consistency.
