1 sachet of dry baker's yeast

1 tbsp of honey

280 g of bread flour

200 g of plain flour

1 tsp of salt

40 g of butter

In the metal bowl fitted with the XL kneader, pour in the milk, yeast and honey. Run the program.

Pour the dough onto the lightly floured work surface, give it the shape of a large sausage the length of your mold. Place the dough in the mold lined with baking paper and let the dough rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
