125 g of plain yogurt

125 g of plain flour

125 g of cornstarch

125 g of almond powder

185 g of sugar

3 eggs

50 g of melted butter

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

RECIPE STEPS

Place the yogurt, flour, cornstarch, sugar, and almond powder in the metal bowl.
  • 125 g of cornstarch
  • 125 g of almond powder
  • 125 g of plain yogurt
  • 125 g of plain flour
  • 185 g of sugar

Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the other ingredients in the bowl.

Run the program.

Remove the cap to add the eggs one by one, then add the baking powder and the vanilla sugar.

Peel the apples, and slice them.

Butter the mold, pour in some of the mixture, add apple slices, cover with the mixture. Repeat the process until exhausted.
