5 zucchinis

4 tbsp of breadcrumbs

1 chicken broth

60 g of butter

80 g of parmesan

75 g of plain flour

200 g of salmon (2 fillets)

RECIPE STEPS

Wash the zucchini well, leave the skin on. Set up the transparent bowl and the 4 mm grating disc then grate them.

Set aside. In a pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and the chicken cube. Sauté the zucchini for about 15 minutes.

Salt, pepper and distribute the zucchini at the bottom of a gratin dish. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.

Install the metal bowl, then place the parmesan, flour, breadcrumbs and softened butter cut into cubes in it. Run the program.

Add the raw salmon in small pieces on top of the zucchini and the dough in an even layer.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

I would give it 5 star but the weight of zucchini seen in the recipe of 1750 gram is way overstated. Please remember to soften butter very well before making the dough otherwise it won't mix well with other ingredients. Anyway, it was my 2nd dish I made using my Magimix Cook Expert and it was as yummy as my 1st dish (mushroom risotto). Btw, I have never cooked similar dishes before and so fat I am over the moon.
